(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ كَسْرُ (مَا) - أَيْ: حُلِيٍّ - (صَلُحَ لَهُنَّ) - أَيْ: لِلنِّسَاءِ - (كَخَوَاتِمِ ذَهَبٍ) فَإِنْ كَسَرَهَا؛ فَإِنَّهُ (يَضْمَنُ) قِيمَتَهَا.
