(فِيمَا) - أَيْ: شِقْصٍ - (لَا يَصِحُّ بَيْعُهُ) كَأَرَاضِي (مِصْرَ) وَأَرَاضِي (الشَّامِ) وَأَرَاضِي الْعِرَاقِ (وَسَائِرِ مَا وَقَفَهُ عُمَرُ) - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - سِوَى الْمَسَاكِنِ مِنْهَا؛ فَإِنَّهُ تَقَدَّمَ أَنَّهُ يَصِحُّ بَيْعُهَا
