مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) إنْ تَيَمَّمَ جُنُبٌ لِعَدَمِ الْمَاءِ، ثُمَّ وَجَدَهُ (فِي نَحْوِ قِرَاءَةٍ وَوَطْءٍ) كَلُبْثٍ بِمَسْجِدٍ (يَجِبُ تَرْكُهُ) لِبُطْلَانِ تَيَمُّمِهِ، وَيُؤَيِّدُهُ قَوْلُهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - «الصَّعِيدُ الطَّيِّبُ وَضُوءُ الْمُسْلِمِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ الْمَاءَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ، فَإِذَا وَجَدْت الْمَاءَ فَأَمِسَّهُ جِلْدَك» أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيُّ.
