(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ إذَا تَعَذَّرَتْ مَعْرِفَةُ قِيمَةِ الشِّقْصِ (يَوْمَ عَقْدٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَقْتُ اسْتِحْقَاقِ الْأَخْذِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
