وَلِذَلِكَ قَالَ الْمُصَنِّفُ: (وَيَتَّجِهُ وَهُوَ) - أَيْ: مَا قَالَهُ أَبُو الْخَطَّابِ - (أَصْوَبُ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لِلْقَوَاعِدِ أَقْرَبُ، لَكِنَّ الْأَوَّلَ هُوَ الْمَذْهَبُ.
