(وَلَا) شُفْعَةَ (لِمُضَارِبٍ فِيمَا) - أَيْ: شِقْصٍ - (بَاعَهُ مِنْ مَالِهَا) - أَيْ: الْمُضَارَبَةِ - (وَلَهُ) - أَيْ: الْمُضَارِبِ - (فِيهِ) - أَيْ: الَّذِي مِنْهُ الشِّقْصُ الْمَبِيعُ - (مِلْكٌ لِتُهْمَتِهِ) أَشْبَهَ شِرَاءَهُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ،
