مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(بَعْدَ مَوْتِ رَبِّهَا) - أَيْ: الْوَدِيعَةِ - (إلَيْهِ) - أَيْ: إلَى رَبِّ الْوَدِيعَةِ بِأَنْ ادَّعَى وَرَثَةُ الْمَالِكِ عَلَى الْوَدِيعِ الْوَدِيعَةِ، فَقَالَ: رَدَدْتهَا إلَيْهِ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ؛ قُبِلَ قَوْلُهُ بِيَمِينِهِ؛ كَمَا لَوْ كَانَ الْمَالِكُ هُوَ الْمُدَّعِي وَأَنْكَرَ، وَيُصَدَّقُ الْوَدِيعُ أَيْضًا بِيَمِينِهِ
