وَبَعْدَهُ لَمْ يَستحقهُ وَحَرُمَ أَخْذُهُ

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(بَعْدَهُ) - أَيْ: بَعْدَ تَمَامِ الْعَمَلِ - (لَمْ يَسْتَحِقَّهُ) - أَيْ: الْجُعْلَ - وَلَا شَيْئًا مِنْهُ لِمَا سَبَقَ، (وَحَرُمَ) عَلَيْهِ (أَخْذُهُ) - أَيْ: الْجُعْلِ - لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ أَكْلِ الْمَالِ بِالْبَاطِلِ، إلَّا إنْ تَبَرَّعَ لَهُ رَبُّهُ بِهِ بَعْدَ إعْلَامِهِ بِالْحَالِ.
