(وَمَعَ) احْتِيَاجِ حَيٍّ لِكَفَنِ مَيِّتٍ لِشِدَّةِ (بَرْدٍ يُخْشَى مِنْهُ تَلَفٌ يُقَدَّمُ حَيٌّ) عَلَى مَيِّتٍ (وَلَا تَكْفِينَ) ، لِأَنَّ حُرْمَةَ الْحَيِّ آكَدُ، قَالَهُ الْمَجْدُ وَغَيْرُهُ.
