(وَ) قَالَ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ ": قُلْتُ: (لَوْ قِيلَ بِوُجُوبِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْأَخْذِ مِنْ الْمَوَاضِعِ الْمَذْكُورَةِ "، (إذَنْ) ؛ أَيْ: وَالْحَالَةُ هَذِهِ، (لَكَانَ لَهُ وَجْهٌ) انْتَهَى.
