(وَإِنْ أَمِنَ نَفْسَهُ) عَلَى اللُّقَطَةِ، (وَقَوِيَ عَلَى تَعْرِيفِهَا؛ فَلَهُ أَخْذُهَا) - أَيْ: اللُّقَطَةِ - وَهِيَ مَنْصُوصٌ عَلَيْهَا فِي النَّقْدَيْنِ، وَقِيسَ عَلَيْهِمَا كُلُّ حَيَوَانٍ لَا يَمْتَنِعُ بِنَفْسِهِ مِنْ صِغَارِ السِّبَاعِ.
