(طَرَأَ لَهُ قَصْدُ الْخِيَانَةِ؛ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ) اللُّقَطَةَ إنْ تَلِفَتْ بِلَا تَفْرِيطٍ فِي الْحَوْلِ، كَمَا لَوْ كَانَ أَوْدَعَهُ إيَّاهَا.
