(وَمُؤْنَةُ رَدِّ) اللُّقَطَةِ إلَى مَالِكِهَا إنْ احْتَاجَ إلَى مُؤْنَةٍ (عَلَى رَبِّهَا) . ذَكَرَهُ فِي " التَّعْلِيقِ "" وَالِانْتِصَارِ "؛ لِتَبَرُّعِ الْمُلْتَقِطِ بِحِفْظِهَا.
