(وَكَتْمُهَا) - أَيْ: اللُّقَطَةِ - (عَنْ وَلِيِّهِ) ؛ أَيْ: وَلِيِّ الْوَاجِدِ لَهَا، (تَفْرِيطٌ) مِنْهُ (ذَكَرَهُ الْقَاضِي) أَبُو يَعْلَى.
