(وَكَذَا) لِوَاجِدِ اللَّقِيطِ (قَبُولُ هِبَةٍ) لِلَّقِيطِ، وَقَبُولُ (وَصِيَّةٍ) لَهُ، وَزَكَاةٍ، وَنَذْرٍ، كَوَلِيِّ الْيَتِيمِ، وَلِأَنَّ الْقَبُولَ مَحْضُ مَصْلَحَةٍ، فَكَانَ لَهُ بِلَا إذْنِ حَاكِمٍ، كَحِفْظِهِ وَتَرْبِيَتِهِ.
