(وَمَعَ عَدَمِ إلْحَاقِ) الْقَافَةِ بِهِ (فَرَجَعَ أَحَدُهُمَا) عَنْ دَعْوَاهُ؛ (أُلْحِقَ بِالْآخَرِ) ؛ لِزَوَالِ الْمُعَارِضِ، وَلَا يُضَيَّعُ نَسَبُهُ.
