مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَهُ) - أَيْ: الْمَوْقُوفِ عَلَيْهِ - (وِلَايَةُ تَزْوِيجِهَا) ؛ لِمِلْكِهِ لَهَا، (وَيَلْزَمُ) الْوَلِيَّ تَزْوِيجُهَا (إنْ طَلَبَتْ) ؛ صِيَانَةً لَهَا عَنْ الْوُقُوعِ فِي الْمُحَرَّمِ، (إنْ لَمْ يَشْرِطْ) وَاقِفٌ وِلَايَةَ التَّزْوِيجِ (لِغَيْرِهِ) - أَيْ: غَيْرِ الْمَوْقُوفِ عَلَيْهِ -.
