مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) إنْ شَرَطَ النَّظَرَ (لِأَفْضَلِ أَوْلَادِهِ) أَوْ أَوْلَادِ زَيْدٍ؛ فَالنَّظَرُ لَهُ - أَيْ: لِلْأَفْضَلِ مِنْهُمْ؛ عَمَلًا بِالشَّرْطِ (فَإِنْ أَبَى) الْأَفْضَلُ الْقَبُولَ (فَ) النَّظَرُ (لِمَنْ يَلِيهِ) كَأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ.
