(وَلَوْ وَلِيَهُ) - أَيْ: النَّظَرَ (الْأَفْضَلُ، فَحَدَثَ) مَنْ هُوَ (أَفْضَلُ مِنْهُ انْتَقَلَ) النَّظَرُ (إلَيْهِ) لِوُجُودِ الشَّرْطِ فِيهِ (فَإِنْ اسْتَوَى اثْنَانِ) فِي الْفَضْلِ (اشْتَرَكَا) فِي النَّظَرِ.
