(وَ) إنْ شَرَطَ النَّظَرَ (لِاثْنَيْنِ مِنْ أَفَاضِلِ وَلَدِهِ) - أَيْ: الْوَاقِفِ - (فَلَمْ يُوجَدْ إلَّا) فَاضِلٌ (وَاحِدٌ) مِنْ أَوْلَادِهِ (ضُمَّ إلَيْهِ أَمِينٌ) يَنْظُرُ مَعَهُ؛ عَمَلًا بِشَرْطِ الْوَاقِفِ
