(وَإِذَا قَامَ الْمُسْتَوْفِي بِمَا عَلَيْهِ) مِنْ الْعَمَلِ (اسْتَحَقَّ مَا فُرِضَ لَهُ) وَإِنْ لَمْ يَقُمْ بِهِ؛ لَمْ يَسْتَحِقَّهُ، وَلَمْ يَجُزْ أَخْذُهُ.
