(وَلِوَلِيِّ الْأَمْرِ نَصْبُ دِيوَانٍ) يَكُونُ مُسْتَوْفِيًا (لِحِسَابِ أَمْوَالِ الْأَوْقَافِ) عِنْدَ الْمَصْلَحَةِ ؛ كَمَا لَهُ نَصْبُ دَوَاوِينَ لِحِسَابِ (الْأُمُورِ السُّلْطَانِيَّةِ) كَالْفَيْءِ وَغَيْرِهِ، مِمَّا يَئُولُ إلَى بَيْتِ الْمَالِ مِنْ تَرِكَاتٍ وَنَحْوِهَا.
