(إلَّا إذَا حَمَلَتْ الْأَمَةُ) الْمَوْهُوبَةُ لِلْوَلَدِ (وَوَلَدَتْ) عِنْدَهُ (فَيُمْنَعُ) الرُّجُوعُ (فِي الْأُمِّ) الْمَوْهُوبَةِ؛ لِتَحْرِيمِ التَّفْرِيقِ بَيْنَ الْوَالِدَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا
