(وَمَا قَبَضَهُ ابْنٌ مِنْ مَهْرِ) أَمَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا قَبْلَ رُجُوعِ أَبِيهِ (وَ) مِنْ دَيْنِ (كِتَابَةٍ وَ) مِنْ (أَرْشِ) جِنَايَةٍ عَلَى الرَّقِيقِ (وَ) مِنْ (مُسْتَقَرِّ أُجْرَةٍ فَلَهُ) أَيْ: الِابْنِ دُونَ الْأَبِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ نَمَاءٌ حَصَلَ فِي مِلْكِهِ
