وَفِي الانْتِصَارِ لَهُ لبْسُ نَاعِمٍ وَأَكْلُهُ طَيِّبٍ لِحَاجَتِهِ وإنْ فَعَلَهُ لِتَفْويتِ الْوَرَثَةِ؛ مُنِعَ.

(وَ) قَالَ (فِي " الِانْتِصَارِ " لَهُ) - أَيْ: الْمَرِيضِ - (لُبْسُ نَاعِمٍ وَأَكْلُ طَيِّبٍ لِحَاجَتِهِ) إلَيْهِ (وَإِنْ فَعَلَهُ) - أَيْ: مَا ذَكَرَ - (لِتَفْوِيتِ) حَقِّ (الْوَرَثَةِ؛ مُنِعَ) إلَّا بِقَدْرِ حَاجَتِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَسْتَدْرِكُ كَإِتْلَافِهِ.
