(وَلَوْ دَفَعَ لِزَوْجَتِهِ مَالًا عَلَى أَنْ لَا تَتَزَوَّجَ بَعْدَهُ) أَيْ: بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ (ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَتْ؛ لَزِمَ رَدُّهُ) أَيْ: الْمَالِ (لِوَارِثٍ) نَصًّا نَقَلَهُ أَبُو الْحَارِثِ؛ لِفَوَاتِ الشَّرْطِ
