"وإن رجع إلى أهله قبل أن يعيد فعليه دم" لترك الطهارة فيه ولا يؤمر بالعود لوقوع التحلل بأداء الركن إذ النقصان يسير وليس عليه في السعي شيء لأنه أتى به على أثر طواف معتد به
