"ومن ترك رمي إحدى الجمار الثلاث فعليه الصدقة" لأن الكل في هذا اليوم نسك واحد، فكان المتروك أقل إلا أن يكون المتروك أكثر من النصف فحينئذ يلزمه الدم لوجود ترك الأكثر
