"ولو ذبح حماما مسرولا فعليه الجزاء" خلافا لمالك رحمه الله له أنه ألوف مستأنس ولا يمتنع بجناحيه لبطء نهوضه ونحن نقول الحمام متوحش بأصل الخلقة ممتنع بطيرانه وإن كان بطيء النهوض والاستئناس عارض فلم يعتبر
