"وإذا خرج المكي يريد الحج فأحرم ولم يعد إلى الحرم ووقف بعرفة فعليه شاة" لأن وقته الحرم وقد جاوزه بغير إحرام فإن عاد إلى الحرم ولبى أو لم يلب فهو على الاختلاف الذي ذكرناه في الأفاقي.
