"والمتمتع إذا فرغ من عمرته ثم خرج من الحرم فأحرم ووقف بعرفة فعليه دم" لأنه لما دخل مكة وأتى بأفعال العمرة صار بمنزلة المكي وإحرام المكي من الحرم لما ذكرنا فيلزمه الدم بتأخيره عنه
