"ومن أهل بعمرة في يوم النحر أو في ايام التشريق لزمته" لما قلنا "ويرفضها" أي يلزمه الرفض لأنه قد أدى ركن الحج فيصير بانيا أفعال العمرة على أفعال الحج من كل وجه وقد كرهت العمرة في هذه الأيام أيضا على ما نذكر فلهذا يلزمه رفضها فإن رفضها فعليه دم لرفضها "وعمرة مكانها" لما بينا
