"وإن كان أحدهما صائما تطوعا فلها المهر كله" لأنه يباح له الإفطار من غير عذر في رواية المنتقي وهذا القول في المهر هو الصحيح وصوم القضاء والمنذور كالتطوع في رواية لأنه لا كفارة فيه والصلاة بمنزلة الصوم فرضها كفرضه ونفلها كنفله.
