وَلَو تزَوجهَا على حَيَوَان أَو عرُوض فِي الذِّمَّة فَكَذَلِك الْجَواب

"ولو تزوجها على حيوان أو عروض في الذمة فكذلك الجواب" لأن المقبوض متعين في الرد وهذا لأن الجهالة تحملت في النكاح فإذا عين فيه يصير كأن التسمية وقعت عليه.
