"و" لهذا "لا يجوز التيمم به" ولنا قوله عليه الصلاة والسلام "زكاة الأرض يبسها" وإنما لا يجوز التيمم به لأن طهارة الصعيد ثبتت شرطا بنص الكتاب فلا تتأذى بما ثبت بالحديث
