"وإن قال أردت التحريم أو لم أرد به شيئا فهو يمين يصير به موليا" لأن الأصل في تحريم الحلال إنما هو يمين عندنا وسنذكره في الأيمان إن شاء الله ومن المشايخ من يصرف لفظة التحريم إلى الطلاق من غير نية بحكم العرف والله أعلم بالصواب. [
