"والمثبوتة يثبت نسب ولدها إذا جاءت به لأقل من سنتين" لأنه يحتمل أن يكون الولد قائما وقت الطلاق فلا يتيقن زوال الفراش قبل العلوق فيثبت النسب إحتياطا
