"وإذا جاءت به لتمام سنتين من وقت الفرقة لم يثبت" لأن الحمل حادث بعد الطلاق فلا يكون منه لأن وطأها حرام "إلا أن يدعيه" لأنه لتزمه وله وجه بأن وطئها بشبهة في العدة
