"فإن صلى قائما أجزأه" لأن في القعود ستر العورة الغليظة وفي القيام أداء هذه الأركان فيميل إلى أيهما شاء "إلا أن الأول أفضل" لأن الستر وجب لحق الصلاة وحق الناس ولأنه لا خلف له والإيماء خلف عن الأركان.
