"وإذا حلف لا يتغدى فالغداء الأكل من طلوع الفجر إلى الظهر والعشاء من صلاة الظهر إلى نصف الليل" لأن ما بعد الزوال يسمى عشاء ولهذا تسمى الظهر إحدى صلاتي العشاء في الحديث.
