"وإن قال إن لبست ثوبا أو أكلت طعاما أو شربت شرابا لم يدين في القضاء خاصة" لأنه نكرة في محل الشرط فتعم فعملت نية التخصيص فيه إلا أنه خلاف الظاهر فلا يدين في القضاء.
