"ومن قال لغيره في غضب لست بابن فلان لأبيه الذي يدعة له يحد ولو قال في غير غضب لا يحد" لأن عند الغضب يراد به حقيقته سبا له وفي غيره يراد به المعاتبة بنفي مشابهته إباه في أسباب المروءة.
