قال: "ومن أعطى صيرفيا درهما وقال أعطني بنصفه فلوسا وبنصفه نصفا إلا حبة جاز البيع في الفلوس وبطل فيما بقي عندهما" لأن بيع نصف درهم بالفلوس جائز وبيع النصف بنصف إلا حبة ربا فلا يجوز
