"ولحق بدار الحرب بطلت المضاربة" لأن اللحوق بمنزلة الموت؛ ألا ترى أنه يقسم ماله بين ورثته وقبل لحوقه يتوقف تصرف مضاربه عند أبي حنيفة رحمه الله لأنه يتصرف له فصار كتصرفه بنفسه
