قال: "وإن أمسكه في يده حتى يستوفي الثمن جاز" ؛ لأن البائع له حق الحبس في المبيع ولهذا كان أخص به من الغرماء، وجاز أن يكون للمولى حق في الدين إذا كان يتعلق بالعين
