قال: "وإذا أعتق المولى المأذون وعليه ديون فعتقه جائز" ؛ لأن ملكه فيه باق والمولى ضامن لقيمته للغرماء؛ لأنه أتلف ما تعلق به حقهم بيعا واستيفاء من ثمنه
