بخلاف ما إذا أعتق المدبر وأم الولد المأذون لهما وقد ركبتهما ديون لأن حق الغرماء لم يتعلق برقبتهما استيفاء بالبيع فلم يكن المولى متلفا حقهم فلم يتضمن شيئا.
