قال: "ولا يجوز أكل الحمر الأهلية والبغال" لما روى خالد بن الوليد رضي الله عنه أن النبي ﷺ : "نهى عن لحوم الخيل والبغال والحمير" وعن علي رضي الله عنه : "أن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام أهدر المتعة وحرم لحوم الحمر الأهلية يوم خيبر"
