قال: "ولا بأس بأكل الأرنب" لأن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام أكل منه حين أهدي إليه مشويا وأمر أصحابه رضي الله عنهم بالأكل منه، ولأنه ليس من السباع ولا من أكلة الجيف فأشبه الظبي.
