قال: "ويستحب أن لا ينقص الصدقة عن الثلث" لأن الجهات ثلاثة: الأكل والادخار لما روينا، والإطعام لقوله تعالى: ﴿وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ﴾ فانقسم عليهم أثلاثا.
